We currently live in times that are very anxiety provoking. For those who struggle with anxiety this means being in constant war with themselves. It is very important to continue to do everything in Your power to protect Your mental health. Begin by making a conscious effort around what you are listening and what kind of news you are exposing yourself at any given moment. And limit those as much as you can. Go for a walk, breathe fresh air, listen birds and nature, journal if you need to, listen beautiful music and talk about Your feelings. And do not forget to breathe. Enjoy with your family, children and pets. And use this to reset and re-evaluate your life. Maybe this is the time to make a decision how you want to continue living your life from now on. This shall pass too!
